This course will help participants expand their knowledge and understanding on different scenarios and situations that exist in the field of business. They will gain a broader perspective to move forward in their career and continue to drive organizational interests. Throughout the course, candidates will learn the behaviors that accelerate or stifle high performance, the techniques that create a collaborative work environment, and the tools that build performance drivers, and that will be achieved via many interactive exercises and discussions that will reveal behaviors which encourage the right environment. Also this program will introduce frameworks and principles that will allow trainees to explore their assumptions about others, better understand why people do what they do, and more effectively manage themselves and others as a part of management psychology training. Participants will develop plans to improve the team and create a place where people can seize opportunities, take risks, and generate new ideas.
By the end of the course, trainees will be able to build organizational agility, and to identify, replicate, and nurture high-performance behaviors and workgroups throughout the organization. They will be able to develop a framework for analysis and action around management challenges and leverage dilemmas to strengthen organizational strategies.
